Synopsis
When the sheriff of Nottingham (Peter Cushing) schemes to assassinate an archbishop (Jack Gwillim) who opposes his greedy plan to seize the estate of a dead crusader, brave Robin Hood (Richard Greene) poses as the would-be killer to thwart the plot. But believing that Robin means to go through with the murder, Maid Marian (Sarah Branch) takes matters into her own hands. Terence Fisher directs this tale of jolly old England.
