Synopsis
Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice is given the Bollywood treatment in this romantic musical comedy. Darcy, a Los Angeles hotel heir, arrives in Amritsar and soon insults his Indian hosts, with a young woman named Lalita being particularly appalled by his arrogant behaviour. However, their icy relationship begins to thaw as they continue to meet socially at a series of weddings.
