Synopsis

Neeta (Nargis) inherits her father's business, and Dilip (Dilip Kumar) promptly saves her life. Out of gratitude, she asks him to manage her new empire, but Dilip is in love with Neeta and mistakes his promotion for reciprocated affection. To make matters worse, Neeta's playboy fiance, Rajan (Raj Kapoor), suspects Neeta of having an affair -- and the consequences are deadly.
