Synopsis
Agent 007 (Roger Moore, in his final appearance as Bond) races against time to stop a power-mad French industrialist (Christopher Walken) who plots to destroy California's Silicon Valley -- by triggering a massive earthquake that would kill millions -- in order to corner the world's microchip supply.
