Synopsis

Eager to do their part, a very green batch of civilian volunteers joins the new Citizens on Patrol program headed by Officer Carey Mahoney (Steve Guttenberg). Unfortunately, the underhanded Capt. Harris (G.W. Bailey) is determined to see the project fail ... miserably. This fourth installment of the hit comedy film series stars Bubba Smith, Bob Goldthwait, Tim Kazurinsky and Sharon Stone (in one of her early movie roles).
