Synopsis

After veering off course and running out of fuel, a World War I German submarine carrying a group of prisoners is forced to a land on a mysterious island in the Antarctic, where the crew discovers a primitive oil refinery. But in order to gain access to the vital fuel supply, the crew must do battle with the native populations of cavemen and dinosaurs, in this enjoyable low-budget fantasy based on the 1918 novel by Edgar Rice Burroughs.
