Synopsis
Reality takes a back seat in this light but improbable romantic comedy set in the world of law. Teri Polo and Robert Mailhouse play the attractive lawyers who fall for each other at a wedding, only to discover that they're on opposite sides in the divorce case of Barry Bostwick and Donna Mills. Gentle bickering and a customary love/hate relationship ensue, resulting in valuable life lessons for both the duo and their equally obstinate clients. Yet, while events are totally predictable, they're innocuous enough to enjoy with the perky performances and laid-back direction compensating for the characters' frequently irrational behaviour.
