Synopsis

This film traces the historic journey of courageous Canadian prosecutor Louise Arbour, who bravely battled global politics to track down and indict former Yugoslavian president Slobodan Milosevic in the 1990s. A firsthand witness to the rise of atrocities leading to genocide in the Balkans, Arbour (Wendy Crewson) never faltered in her fight to overcome widespread bureaucracy and convict those responsible for such great human suffering.
