Synopsis
A killer follows the FBI man hunting him to Chicago. There he embarks on another murder spree, sending photos of his intended victims to the cop. The physically and mentally exhausted agent has moved to start afresh, shamed by his failure to catch the serial killer who has been operating in LA for several years. But when the obsessive psychopath resurfaces, the lawman is determined to see him caught.
