Synopsis
Britain's Clown Prince Norman Wisdom returns with another hilarious adventure centered on the exploits of his bumbling alter ego Norman Pitkin, the awkward misfit with a knack for creating disastrous situations. When dimwit civil servant Norman is appointed as a British delegate and sent to Geneva for a worldwide conference, chaos ensues, as the blundering simpleton lands himself in the middle of crucial international affairs and negotiations.
